We carry a wide range of USDA Choice and Prime hand cut steaks including: Ribeyes, New Yorks, Filets, Top Sirloins, and Tri-Tips. We always have a selection of Berkshire bone-in Pork Chops, Domestic Lamb Racks and Chops, as well as some harder to find beef cuts. We are also one of the few retailers in the Central Valley to regularly carry Japanese A5 Wagyu, imported fresh from Japan, as well as Australian Wagyu, and American Wagyu, for the most delectable beef on the market.

Dry Aged Beef
With our in-store dry age cabinets we can custom dry age larger sub primals for you. You choose the number of days you want to age your meat and whatever custom trimming, cutting, and packaging specifications you have.
We’ve done the prep work for you with our preseasoned and marinated tri-tips, chicken kebabs, chicken thighs, skirt steaks, as well as baby back ribs, briskets, and other large cuts perfect for your smoker.

Fully Cooked
These protein options are fully cooked, which means we’ve done the hard part for you; simply heat and serve! This includes a full line of house curated sausages, hot dogs, smoked tri-tip, smoked chicken breasts, pulled pork, baby back ribs, hickory smoked bacon, and more.
Deli Meat
We have a full line of house made deli meats, using only the finest ingredients. These include roasted turkey, black forest ham, roast beef, flat or New York style pastrami, house dry cured salami, Prime ribeye, and smoked brisket.
